A little bit about us…
I’m Meg Metzger, and I have been making ceramics since the mid 1990s. I have been fortunate enough to be part of some wonderful studios, most notably Clay Space.
When I moved to Southern Brooklyn, I noticed that there were no communal studios in the area. And as I expanded my craft,I realized that we ceramicists need better ways to bring our goods to market, so I decided to tack a showroom onto a communal ceramics studio.
With BAT Clay, I’m combining my operational know-how with my desire to promote the work of my fellow ceramic artists.
My personal work can be found at mm-ceramics.com.

We don’t allow members to teach classes, but a limited number of 1:1 workshops with students is permitted for a small fee. Members are responsible for their students and guests while in the studio.
